Almost...

Silly Henry. I learned something this week. When Henry says, "I almost...." what he really means is, "I already..." For instance: "Mommy, I almost dropped my shorts in the toilet." "You almost did, huh?" "Yep, almost." And now it's time to find a dry pair of shorts. Or how about this one... "Mommy, I almost waked Joey up." Ummm, almost? I'm pretty sure I can hear Joey crying in his room. Speaking three-year-old is sometimes a different language!

How precious. I love the way toddlers talk. Lily always says, "Hug me" when she really means pick me up. Don't you sometimes wish they could stay little forever.

What a darling Henry (and Jonah) is. I love the way he talks and expresses himself...can't get too much! No, they don't stay little long so savor every moment and hide these moments in your heart to reflect on in later years!

Love it—I try and write all those little things down . . . it is so easy to forget.
